ADMISSION PROCEDURE
The admission process is based on overall assessment of abilities and potential of the applicant.
Application Form
- The prospectus and the application form may be obtained from the Admission Office on Payment of Rs. 1000 /-.
- Pay using Any UPI App
Approval & Affiliation
Affiliated to, Guru Jambheshwar University (A State Public University - Government of Uttar Pradesh, India), Moradabad , MJPRU , Bareilly & Approved by Bar Council Of India (BCI), New Delhi
Prepare the Following Documents
- 1. Class 10th and 12th Marksheet with certificate
- 2. Graduation and Post-Graduation Marksheet. (if applicable)
- 3. Transfer Certificate / Character Certificate
- 4. Migration, Gap Certificate (if applicable)
- 5. Resident Certificate, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate (if applicable)
- 6. Passport Size Photograph: 5
- 7. Aadhar Card
The candidate are required to submit original certificate at the time of admission and two sets of self attested photo copies of following documents / certificates:-
Selection Process
The Dixit College of Law Form has to be filled in and submitted to the institute. The institute will shortlist the candidates and process a Merit List on the basis of the overall performance of candidate who shall be allotted seats on the basis of merit.
Eligibility
- 1. An applicant who has graduated or its equivalent in any discipline can apply for 3 Year LL.B. degree course with minimum 45% for General, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC or ST Category.
- 2. No Age limit
- 3. An applicant who has 10+2 can apply for 5 Year B.A. LL.B. degree course with minimum 45% for General, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC or ST Category.
Identity Card / Library Card
Each student will be issued an identity card and library card after his admission is sought. The identity card and library card is valid during his / her studentship. In case of loss or damage of the identity card or library card, duplicate card will be issued on request on payment of prescribed fees.
Attendance
A candidate is required to attend at least 75% of the classes actually held to be eligible to fill up the form for the examination in each semester.
